A few months ago, I signed up for the Ipsy subscription service and got put on a waiting list. When I got the email confirming that my box was on the way, I got a little nervous because I couldn’t remember if I had set it up with vegan and cruelty-free options. Luckily, it seems that I had because I got a butt-load of awesome, ethical products for only $10!
The free bag was a big bonus for me when I was deciding which subscription service to go with. I’m not familiar with this Gudetama character but it had me at egg yolk butt crack.
I just swore off new eyeshadow palettes but here we are. I’m honestly not complaining because this isn’t a full sized palette and I don’t have many products from fully vegan brands yet. This is the Island Life Palette from Pacifica. Left to right are Skinny Dip, Coral Sand, Golden, Treasure, and Sandalwood. All five are shimmery shades and I can already tell I’ll be wearing Corals Sand and Treasure a lot.
I was thrilled to see this Park Ave Princess bronzer from Tarte because I’m a big fan of the Tarte brand in general. It has a bit of a sheen to it which kind of makes me nervous as I’m used to matte bronzers. I didn’t hate the swatch I tried on my arm, though, so I will give it a chance.
I’m a big fan of this Lychee + Gold blush by Seraphine Botanicals. It’s a gorgeous pinky rose with gold shimmer. Plus, not only is it vegan, its GMO-free and Gluten-free in case those are areas of concern for you.
This is my first time trying the Hempz brand and I love this Lip Balm. It tastes great, sort of sweet and lightly citrus, and is very moisturizing. This product is paraben-free, gluten-free, and vegan.
Finally we have this crease brush from So Susan. This is a high quality brush, soft with firm bristles. The only downside is that I already have too many brushes.
Do you have an Ipsy subscription? What did you think of this month’s bag? Have a good week, guys!
